Senior Associate, Procurement Analyst – Data and Analytics
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Procurement Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Associate Director of the Data and Analytics team and maintain a KPI program that delivers actionable insights and provides leadership with clear visibility into strategic and operational performance
- Identify and consult with internal clients to drive the continuous improvement of our reporting and analytics offerings, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and business value
- Support all aspects of data and analytics for a Service Now process orchestration solution (leadership dashboards, operational dashboards, ad hoc needs)
- Serve as a subject matter professional and go‑to person for any spend analytics or operational reporting needs and support various ad‑hoc analyses and reporting, as needed
- Develop and implement reporting automation solutions to increase efficiency and streamline data delivery
- Contribute and help with special initiatives/projects, as needed
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in procurement or business analyst function is required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
- Experience with reporting/analyzing large procurement/spend data sets across various data sources (such as ERP systems, P2P systems)
- Strong proficiency with Excel and data tools (Microsoft Power
BI (preferred), Tableau, Alteryx, SQL) - Excellent written and verbal communication is required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
