Join EY as a Service Now – IT/OT Asset Management Senior Consultant and help shape the future of business technology.

As a Senior Consultant you’ll lead Service Now transformation teams, identify user requirements, design user interfaces across mobile, web and tablet platforms, and develop integrated software components. You’ll also manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team, guide clients through process and design workshops, and drive delivery under both waterfall and Agile models.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
- Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
- Manage and mentor a 3‑5 resource team (including offshore consultants, developers, testers).
- Provide guidance and industry best practice for Service Now IT/OT Asset Management implementations.
- Analyze IT/OT Asset Management people, process, technology capabilities and provide recommendations.
- Advise on connectivity of CMDB and ITOM to ITSM processes.
- Support management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets, risk, and issue logs.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years of Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Minimum of 2 additional Service Now certifications (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations, etc.).
- 3+ years consulting experience at a Big 4 or equivalent.
- Strong communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s licence.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
