Service Now Senior Consultant – HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
  • Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Lead all aspects of a Service Now HRSD project and solution delivery including design, configuration, testing and deployment phases.
  • Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.
  • Provide industry‑leading guidance for Service Now HRSD process implementations, turning business objectives into process and technology transformation.
  • Analyze people, process and technology capabilities, provide best‑practice recommendations and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead client process and design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops with functional and/or business process subject matter experts.
  • Work in both waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting planning, status reporting, budgeting and risk/issue logs.
  • Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now HRSD project experience.
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Minimum of one of the following Service Now certifications:
    Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
  • 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others.
  • Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally You’ll Also Have
  • Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery – certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
