• Lead and deliver SAP projects or work streams, including requirements gathering, architecting solutions, blueprinting, testing, documentation, workflow development, and functional design. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, ensure quality client services, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily. Travel may be required based on client needs.

• Lead and deliver SAP projects or work streams, including requirement gathering, architecture, and implementing configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Consistently deliver quality client services; monitor progress; manage risk; keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels; demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; adapt to changing requirements.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work; exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining results.
• Functional understanding of SDLC and technology business architecture frameworks.

• A Bachelor s degree.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP FSCM modules (Credit, Collection, Dispute Management); strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable; exposure to other FICO modules preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM leading practices and related advisory experience; familiarity with FSCM processes and security.
• Proficiency with one or more S4
  
  HANA SAP FICO modules (FI: GL, Fixed Assets, AP; CO: cost center accounting, internal orders, project systems, product costing, COPA; Treasury).
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies; experience developing functional specifications; strong system configuration skills.
• Relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, emotional agility; willingness to travel.

• Prior consulting industry experience; exposure to other FICO modules preferred.
• SAP Certification(s) such as P_S4
  
  FIN SAP Certified Professional - Financials in SAP S/4
  
  HANA or other finance certifications.
• Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations; cross-functional leadership; prior industry accounting experience.
