About the Team

The Enterprise Product and Experience team builds on the shoulders of our data and technology transformation. We bring together cross‑functional experts to help drive Capital One’s Enterprise product, data, design, machine learning and engineering, data science, and developer capabilities. Together, we are working with partners across Capital One to deliver the future of industry‑defining products, platforms, and experiences for our associates and customers.

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based on the agreed‑upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

• McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800
• New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200
• Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
