Data Analyst Tester

Join our team as a Data Analyst / Tester, responsible for analyzing complex datasets and ensuring data accuracy through user acceptance testing (UAT). You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify trends, and validate system outputs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives on multiple projects, and has a strong passion for research and financial analytics.

• Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience with project management, requirements gathering, and Agile methodology
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau)
• Proficiency in programming and data analysis languages (e.g., Python, R and SQL)
• Familiarity with testing and quality assurance practices, including user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Collect, document, and validate business and technical requirements, translating them into clear UAT test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Plan, execute, and document user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including test scripts, defect tracking, and verification of resolved issues.
• Analyze datasets to verify data integrity, validate system outputs, and ensure results align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, confirm fixes, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Report and communicate UAT findings, providing actionable insights and recommendations for process or system improvements.

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Google Data Analytics Certification or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite and project management software
• Experience in technical environments or IT product deployments
