Talent Acquisition Manager –
Location:
McLean, VA. Hybrid position; candidates must reside within a commutable distance to be considered.
Minimum Experience:
5+ years.
Pixalate is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This role will be based out of our DC Metro Area headquarters in McLean, VA.
This hands-on role is essential to Pixalate's growth, requiring a professional who can expertly manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, source, screen, and conduct engaging interviews with multiple candidates, both in person and virtually. A key element of the role is the continuous development, refinement, and management of a scalable end-to-end recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Facilitate the entire recruiting process from inception to completion, including initial resume screening, proactively sourcing top-tier candidates through diverse channels, conducting thorough phone and in-person interviews, and closing candidates through skilled negotiation of compensation and terms. - Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaborate with the executive team, hiring managers, and other departmental colleagues to gather feedback and ensure a robust cultural and technical fit for all prospective employees. - Process Optimization:
Develop and refine interviewing and hiring processes to maximize scale, efficiency, and consistency as the company grows. - Candidate
Experience:
Build rapport and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience regardless of the final outcome. - Data-Driven Insights:
Track and analyze hiring, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate metrics; use data to inform process improvements and drive recruitment efficiency. - Offer Negotiation:
Facilitate and extend offers, including comprehensive salary negotiations, and be knowledgeable about job duties, qualifications, benefits, and incentive structures.
- Experience:
A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and HR administration, with a focus in the technology space. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Compliance Knowledge:
General knowledge of U.S. employment laws, best practices, and compliance related to postings, interviewing, and HR administration. - Professional Conduct:
Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Technical Proficiency:
Proficient with professional networking platforms (e.g., Linked In Recruiter) and Google Workspace applications. - Organizational
Skills:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
