The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays an integral role in the recruiting process by supporting recruiting partners in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the candidate lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Partner daily with recruiters to provide coordination support
  • Deliver systems-based recruiting management for our recruiting team, including requisition management, scheduling, and offer creation.
  • Responsible for scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the enterprise.
  • Support system-based remediation efforts and monitor issues occurring throughout the recruiting funnel.
  • Support ongoing efforts of data proficiency for the Horizontal Operations team.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing ad-hoc reporting, data pulls.
  • Assist in ad hoc team projects and programs.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator role or at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience
  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience
  • 2+ years of process/project management experience
  • Experience interpreting metrics, trends, and survey data to support decisions
  • Experience performing system administration in Workday HRIS/ATS
  • Experience performing system administration in Salesforce
