Position OverviewAt JMark, building the right team begins with exceptional recruitment and precise position classification. We are seeking Recruiting/Classification Specialists across multiple discipline levels to manage full-cycle recruitment, deliver a positive candidate experience, and ensure positions are accurately classified in compliance with federal standards. This role combines strategic recruiting expertise with specialized knowledge of federal position classification to support mission-critical workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment & Candidate Engagement- Drive all phases of recruitment, from posting through hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruiting strategies.
- Engage with candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Advise managers on HR policies, recruiting procedures, and workforce planning.
- Support interview, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Evaluate and classify federal positions in alignment with established OPM standards.
- Certify compliance with OPM classification requirements and provide position management guidance.
- Advise on organizational structures to optimize workforce alignment with mission needs.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–15+ years of experience in recruitment and federal position classification (multi-discipline levels available).
- Strong knowledge of OPM classification standards, HR policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD recruitment and classification operations.
- HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP.
