As a Home Care Employee
, you’ll engage in various tasks that contribute to the comfort and well-being of our clients, such as cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, and providing assistance with personal care. This position offers flexible work hours, allowing you to choose a schedule that suits your lifestyle—ideal for students, parents, or anyone seeking to balance work with personal commitments. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide full training and support to help you succeed!

• Strong communication skills
• Empathy and a caring attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle
• Good organizational skills to ensure timely task completion
• Competence with smartphones/tablets or willingness to learn
• Physical fitness for manual handling and the ability to stand or sit for extended periods

• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s License

• Competitive pay starting at $31.13-$32.86 per hour + casual loading + allowances + superannuation
