Capital One’s Community Finance team originates debt and equity to support affordable housing development. Community Finance provides debt financing, and invests in low income housing credits through proprietary and multifund equity fund structures. The team is on a journey to reimagine the way it operates through a more strategic approach to its core work and advocacy efforts, next-generation analytical and reporting capabilities, and innovative initiatives that leverage Capital One’s scale and influence.

Capital One’s Community Development Financial Institution team within Community Finance partners primarily with the Small Business Bank team to manage CDFI relationships, originate capital, service and monitor the portfolio. As part of the CDFI Team, you will manage relationships, originate new money loans and renewals, have the opportunity to partner with other team members and program stakeholders on driving strategic business direction that leads to well‑managed and sustainable performance.

You will be asked to challenge our current well‑managed processes to ensure they are scalable and effective.

In this role you will be working on a team that is truly changing banking for good, driving operational excellence for Capital One’s CDFI program.
