We are looking for a Captive Insurance Consultant (Manager) to focus on captive insurance tax engagements, feasibility and optimization projects, and tax consulting memos and opinions.

• Oversee preparation and delivery of captive insurance feasibility studies and utilization projects.
• Prepare captive insurance tax consulting memos and tax opinions.
• Manage client relationships, staffing, and economics of engagements.
• Analyze engagement results to continually provide exceptional client service.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• CPA or licensed attorney
• Experience or knowledge of captive insurance companies
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting or taxation for insurance companies

• Understanding of GAAP/statutory accounting principles
• Basic understanding of ASC 740 / SSAP 101
• Experience preparing tax returns
• Experience in state and local taxation (state return compliance, state income tax accounting, state apportionment fundamentals)
• Self‑motivation, critical thinking, eagerness to build a professional network
• Ability to lead a team of professionals

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards and recognition. Base salary range in the US: $103,600–$189,900; higher for major metros. Includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off options.
