The Event Account Manager’s responsibilities include managing a partner's experience from contract to execution of assets to invoicing and everything in between, all while upholding Ventures Events’ high standards of exceptional customer service. They serve as the liaison between cross‑functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions. Performing these client‑centric tasks with a wide degree of organization and creativity is expected.
Responsibilities- Works with Sales to manage the client relationship, develop sales pitches, monitor and update trackers, and much more.
- Create and manage the contract creation process for every sale, including consulting with legal when and where necessary. Maintain contract negotiations when needed.
- Ensures sponsor fulfillment trackers are up to date and all sponsor deliverables are being fulfilled.
- Works with all clients to get assets for event deliverables and creative for all direct advertising and tracks said assets.
- Ensures sponsor deliverables are being executed and integrated into shows where needed (e.g., ads, websites, email, ROS, scripts, social, etc).
- Works with client to get necessary show info (e.g., schedule CEO recordings).
- Tracks and prepares fulfillment reports and recap decks for clients; manages fulfillment conversations with clients.
- Grab screenshots along the way of sponsor posts, ads and engagement to add to recap decks.
- Prepares post‑event recap and renewal decks showing value and ROI from sponsored event.
The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000 and $65,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and may be applicable based on the role.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
