, we are looking for a Spanish-speaking Toddler Teacher to join our fast-growing childcare team.

Hours: Flexible between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This role is perfect for teachers who speak Spanish and basic English and are excited to support children’s learning and development.

• Must love working with children
• Fluent in Spanish
  ; basic English skills are acceptable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow county and Dept. of Social Services standards
• Open to ongoing professional development and training
• Able to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

• Supervise and care for toddlers (ages 15 months+) in a safe, nurturing environment
• Encourage positive behavior and support children in managing emotions
• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate daily activities and lessons
• Monitor children individually or in small groups to maintain safety and program rules
• Support parent orientations, explaining policies and classroom routines (in Spanish)
• Help organize and coordinate activities and events that enhance children’s learning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Participate in staff meetings and support ongoing training as needed
