Virtual Events Manager ROLE
We need an experienced Virtual Events Manager to provide full‑time support to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) program. The FTCA Program provides medical malpractice liability protection to federally funded health centers and free clinics, requiring rigorous credentialing, quality assurance, and compliance oversight to reduce federal liability risk. In this role, you would lead the strategy, planning, and execution of medium to large‑scale virtual conferences, webinars, and hybrid engagements using enterprise‑level event platforms such as Zoom and Web Ex.
These virtual events are used to educate health centers, ease the process of credentialing, and provide a structured forum for health centers to receive real‑time guidance, ask questions, and build the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully navigate the FTCA deeming application process and maintain ongoing compliance with HRSA program requirements.
