This is your chance to be part of an in-house Architecture, Design & Construction team that delivers exceptional properties that delight our guests, reward our partners, and reflect the unique cultures of their geographical locations! As a Senior Manager of Luxury Design on the AD&C Luxury & Lifestyle team reporting to the Head of AD&C Luxury & Lifestyle, you will execute the design process for all New Build, Conversion, Adaptive Re-Use, Renovations, Renewals under the Luxury brand category.

How You Will Make An ImpactYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like- Lead and manage the design process, in collaboration with owners and external designers, to create hotel designs that align to each Luxury brand's aspiration and design narrative.
- Oversee project design deliverables from conception to completion, ensuring brand alignment, project delivery, and budget expectations.
- Provide comprehensive technical design services, including the review of detailed design drawing sets, specifications, finishes, and shop drawings from project concept to execution.
- Strengthen Hilton's luxury design strategy through creative leadership, delivering alternative design solutions and providing direction to design teams.
- Partner with Owners, Hilton stakeholders, and consultants to ensure alignment with design narratives, brand standards, brand values, and strategic corporate objectives with each project.
- Collaborate with Brand Category leaders and Brand Design to ensure consistency in standards and design narratives.
- Lead design meetings, interior design reviews, model room reviews, and completion photo reviews for all Luxury hotel projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) years of Design Experience in the Hospitality, Luxury Fashion or Luxury Retail industry
- Experience creating and delivering design narratives through compelling presentations (using PowerPoint, Canva, and video editing software) for both internal and external audiences
- Experience with Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam Revu
- Travel domestically as required (up to 50%)
- Bachelor's degree in Design
- Experience in complex Luxury brand design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with building consensus and driving alignment across stakeholders
