Exciting Family Assistant Opportunity ($33-$38/hr)

A busy family in Mclean is looking to hire a warm, friendly, and proactive Family Assistant to join their team! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is ready to bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to a dynamic household. The daughter loves arts and crafts, and thrives in an environment where her creativity is nurtured.

They are looking for someone who shares her passion and can foster a positive and engaging atmosphere.

Beyond creativity, they need someone who is a true self-starter—proactive, organized, and is able to anticipate the family’s needs. Responsibilities to this role include meal prep, cooking, organizing and keeping the child’s toys and belongings tidy and organized.

️ At least 3 years of professional household management/nannying experience
️ Must be legal to work in the US
️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
️ Ability to speak Spanish
️ Able to travel
️ Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car
️ Willing to get COVID-Vaccine & Booster if eligible
