The Team

Join the Business Cards & Payments product team at Capital One, a vibrant community of innovators dedicated to helping businesses do more business. As the Sr. Director leading our Martech domain, you will be at the forefront of a mission focused on driving growth through game‑changing products and capabilities.

We are looking for a leader to cultivate a culture of relentless experimentation and AI‑enabled speed, building a modern Martech foundation from the ground up. In this role, you will turn real‑time data into a competitive advantage, leveraging the power of platforms to drive higher conversion and dramatically accelerate our Go‑To‑Market velocity. This is an opportunity to manage more than just a platform;

you will be engineering a high‑velocity engine of growth that transforms sophisticated technology into intuitive customer value at scale.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Atlanta, GA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Wilmington, DE: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
