This position will be responsible for the primary functions of secure storage management to include intake, shipment certification, and maintaining the necessary processes and standards of these shipments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage inventory for all incoming shipments
- Work closely with Site Team Leader to comply with the necessary processes of incoming shipments
- Ensure that shipments and inventory are kept in control at all times
- Develop necessary procedures and work closely with the Site Team Leader to ensure inventory is distributed in accordance with specifications
- Plan for use of all warehouse resources and activities in keeping with overall company’s goals and objectives
- Oversee / Escort any work going on in the SSA
- Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met
- Other duties as assigned by Project Manager or Site Security Officer
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must have an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- Proven problem‑solving ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent planning, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Detail‑oriented
- Self‑motivated; little supervision needed. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines is critical
- Courteous, professional, diplomatic
- High level of confidentiality
- Leadership ability
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Experience may be exchanged for degree.
- Knowledge/experience with construction materials
- Multiple years of warehouse experience
- Experience working on government projects, specifically OBO is a plus
- Experience working with inventory software

Environmental DemandsThe position entails working on a busy construction site overseas, generally away from the employee’s family, and in countries whose laws and social norms may be more restrictive than in the United States, with potential for occasional periods of social unrest, military action, interruptions of normal services, natural disasters, etc. Work involves a 60‑hour workweek, 6 days a week/10 hours per day.
Flexibility with hours/days is required. Individuals must be comfortable working in a high‑stress environment and be able to perform the above activities in extreme hot, cold, humid, and wet conditions depending on location and season. Frequent exposure to construction equipment, sharp tools, power tools, materials, toxic/caustic substances, electric shock, significant heights, high noise levels, and dust, fumes, smoke, and airborne particles may occur.
