This individual will play a critical role in supporting business development, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract execution, while safeguarding the company's contractual and financial interests.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and maintain accurate contractual documentation, including modifications, correspondence, and compliance reports.

* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.

* Review and interpret complex solicitations, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Statements of Work (SOWs) to identify risks and ensure alignment with corporate policies.

* Support proposal development, including reviewing terms and conditions, developing pricing strategies, assisting with cost/price proposals, and submission of proposals.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for Government Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and prime/subcontractor partners.

* Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, ITAR, and other applicable statutes and regulations.

* Provide contractual guidance to program management, business development, procurement, and finance teams.

* Monitor contract performance to ensure deliverables, schedules, and reporting requirements are met.

* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while supporting resolution of disputes and claims.

* Participate in audits, data calls, and compliance reviews as required by federal agencies.

* Train internal stakeholders on contract compliance requirements and best practices.

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Government Contracting, Legal Studies, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

* 5+ years of experience in federal contract management or administration, preferably in a DoD, DHS, or federal agency contracting environment.

Required Skills:

* Ability to work independently while managing multiple contracts and priorities.

* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Demonstrated experience negotiating with government agencies and commercial entities (as prime and subcontractors).

* Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting principles.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Desired Skills

* NCMA Certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM).

* Experience with cost-reimbursable, fixed-price, time-and-materials, and IDIQ contract types.

* Working knowledge of EVMS, compliance audits, and DCAA/DCMA requirements.

* Experience with subcontract management and flow-down requirements.
