    • You’ll attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy
Responsibilities
  • Support development of a proprietary talent and performance management platform for the Capital One enterprise. You’ll develop customer‑backed and data‑driven insights to zero in on the most pressing customer problems to shape an inspiring multi‑year vision and roadmap.
  • Shape our strategy for our talent management experience, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience for our business partners, people leaders, associates, and HRBPs.
  • Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, design, and the enterprise to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of trade‑offs and risks.
  • Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives across the enterprise to ensure continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness.
