This role is within Capital One’s Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) Marketing Transformation team. ECP is responsible for Capital One’s digital customer experiences, including its award winning mobile app, online presence, and marketing and messaging technology ecosystem. Our team has a bold mission to transform the marketing infrastructure for Capital One.

This product leader is responsible for driving the management and delivery of in‑market performance through successful implementation of pilots with our line of business partners. The individual will work with the lines of business to deeply understand business needs and areas of opportunity. They will then leverage those learnings to create the business and technical requirements needed for our product leads to build our destination Mar Tech stack, and partner with the lines of business to ensure high‑quality implementation of the prioritized campaigns.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas that we consider the foundation for successful product management:

• At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA with a quantitative concentration (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems)

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work in one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

• McLean, VA: $264,300 - $301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• New York, NY: $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
