About The Team
We are seeking Product Managers to work on Axon, a Capital One developed platform that drives customer and agent experiences, as well as back-end interactions, whenever human intervention is required to gather inputs to ensure we make the right decision for Capital One and the customer. Our vision is a standardized and configurable human intervention orchestration capability that can span numerous use cases including supporting Card's biggest growth levers:
Acquisitions, Line Management, Fraud, and new growth initiatives. As a part of the team, you’ll get to help us understand our users needs and define the direction of the platform. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about working with new and emerging technologies and understand how to scale platforms for enterprise usage, while working with an amazing team.
In this role, you will work with internal business customers, architects, engineers, analysts, process, and operations leaders to define the Axon product strategy while working on critical initiatives to modernize and converge our core decisioning capabilities. We are seeking Product Owners who are motivated to apply their skills to develop elegant, modernized solutions that create great experiences for internal users and Capital One customers.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
