Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Work on the ongoing process and system capabilities associated with projects and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.

Direct the activities of consultants, analysts, specialists, and subcontractors and ensure appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate successful completion of multiple projects. Prepare work to be reviewed regularly by the supervisor or more senior peers.

• Experience with general project status report generation
• Knowledge of project financial controls
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
• Ability to adhere to deadlines, produce routine deliverables, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team
• Ability to learn and teach fundamentals for the support of program management activities
• Ability to respond to directed assignments, think analytically, and comprehend financial implications of the business
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Associate’s degree

• Experience as a financial project analyst
• Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
