bWhat You Will DoAs a Sales Insights & Analytics Lead within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales data analysis function. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that sales data is accurately captured, analyzed, and presented, enabling strategic decision‑making, driving revenue growth, and enhancing sales effectiveness across Guidehouse.
bWhat You Will NeedRequires a Bachelors Degree and minimum 6-8 years of prior relevant experience; OR 10 years of experience in lieu of degree
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Strong capability to interpret complex data sets
Extreme attention to detail
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional stakeholder management
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through execution
Experience in large, matrixed organizations is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics
Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Microsoft Excel/Power Point
Proven track record in designing and maintaining dashboards and reports that monitor key sales metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Expertise in interpreting complex sales data, providing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision‑making
Experience preparing monthly reporting packages for Board and Senior Leadership, integrating data from CRM and finance systems
Strong understanding of data governance standards, sales forecasting, KPI standardization, and industry best practices in sales operations
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non‑technical audiences and provide ongoing support to sales leadership
Familiarity with AI tools and financial principles to align sales reporting with organizational goals
Preference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of Guidehouse office
The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
