As a Business Analysis Manager at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. • Developing a strategy for a digital product, platform, or division within Capital One
• Researching emerging trends and cutting‑edge technologies to reimagine the future of work and collaboration for Capital One employees
• Piloting new ways to improve the Product‑Tech operating model

• Strategic problem solving:
  Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One amid changing consumer and regulatory behavior.
• Business ownership:
  Manage strategic planning with a 1‑6 month horizon.
• Product:
  Partner with Product Managers, Design and Engineering to build the best products for Capital One and its partners.
• Credit Risk:
  Improve credit performance by linking future consumer credit and fraud trends to historical data and testing hypotheses through rigorous analysis.
• Execution:
  Coordinate across business lines to deliver business intent, build requirements, and execute product strategy. Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently.
• Partnership:
  Collaborate across Capital One—including Tech, Product, Design—to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity:
  Be a tenacious decision maker with an aggressive yet responsible approach to business.
• Strong executive communication skills:
  Deliver clear written and oral communication, influencing stakeholders and driving agreement.
• Clear results orientation:
  Focus intensely on achieving short and long‑term goals in an uncertain environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering).
• At least 2 years of experience in analysis.

• Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• 1+ year of experience in consulting.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Business Manager. This role is eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation that may include cash bonus(es) and long‑term incentives.
