Opportunity: We are looking for an Account Manager to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients. In this role, you will be assisting the Sales Team in identifying and closing sales opportunities. Your main focus will be creating proposals and sourcing merchandise/gifts based on the client’s needs. Gifting swag can be stressful – your job is to make it easy!

We’re a small and nimble team looking for leaders to grow our business. And, we’re a fast growing, profitable start‑up with a lot of exciting opportunities on the horizon. While this is an entry level position, the role can lead to leadership roles in marketing, sales or vendor relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Source merchandise/gift options for clients based on their needs
  • Solicit pricing and order details from vendors
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop timelines and pricing for each project
  • Ensure product arrives on‑time and that we have exceeded customer’s expectations
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying levels of urgency and strategy in a high‑volume, interruption‑driven environment
  • Meticulously track and record daily updates and statuses using CRM, order management and eCommerce platforms
  • Collect, analyze and communicate all pertinent project details, deliverables and changes to internal stakeholders in a concise and timely manner
  • Proactively troubleshoot problems through understanding of processes and utilization of available resources
  • Stay current on new and evolving product offerings and vendors; utilize knowledge to provide innovative solutions to our customers
  • Collaborate within Customer Success and Account Executive teams to continuously improve our solutions and processes
Requirements:
  • 4‑Year College Degree
  • Organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast‑changing entrepreneurial environment
  • A team player
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen sense of ownership, drive, and willingness to get it done
  • Creative approach when assisting with the ideation and execution of client projects
  • Ability to work with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and CRM management tools
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator (to review artwork/proofs) a plus, but not required
