OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to our Head of Growth and team. The Head of Growth is responsible for bringing in revenue, including commercial, government, and military opportunities. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with corporate, diplomatic, and military counter parties, manage schedules with agility and precision, and problem solve with strategic objectives in mind.

- Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, offsite meetings, one-on-one meetings, meetings with customers, etc.
- Manage calendar invitations and guest lists to ensure smooth virtual meetings across time zones.
- Respond with agility to immediate changes in executive priorities, travel schedules, and organizational needs and ensure follow through.
- Coordinate and support complex events, including those requiring diplomatic and military protocol.
- Prepare, review, and edit itineraries, biographies, and other materials with accuracy and discretion.
- Book and manage reservations in accordance with requirements.
- Prepare monthly expense reports with accurate reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, representing the executive office with professionalism and tact.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve issues, ensuring executives are fully briefed and prepared at all times.
- Support the broader team with administrative questions and needs.
- Other administrative and project duties as requested.
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable administrative experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders in fast paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines.
- Experience managing events and interactions involving diplomatic and/or military protocol strongly preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage last‑minute changes.
- Strong teamwork skills; and a confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work very collaboratively with others.
- Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company.
- Advanced proficiency in productivity tools and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, scheduling systems).
- Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
