Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in McLean, Virginia. This is a long-term contract role that requires an individual who thrives in both independent and collaborative work settings. The position involves overseeing front desk operations and creating a welcoming environment for all office visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and ensure a detail-oriented and friendly atmosphere at the front desk.

- Manage daily office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplies.

- Coordinate catering services and handle transportation for catering needs as required.

- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.

- Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, and directing inquiries.

- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.

- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure office supplies are well-stocked.

- Collaborate with team members to support office-wide events and initiatives.

- Independently address and resolve issues related to office management.

- Monitor and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.

- Proven ability to manage front desk operations and create a welcoming environment.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation to handle catering and other off-site needs.

- Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring service quality.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members. Talent Match®
