Executive Support Team Lead

Responsibilities

The Executive Team Lead will provide strategic operational support under the direction of a Program Manager, Division Manager, or Corporate Executive, serving as their primary operational liaison. Proactively manages cross-functional administrative processes to ensure organizational effectiveness and executive productivity.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing high-level administrative support including complex calendar management, detailed travel coordination, and comprehensive meeting preparation
• Gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support executive decision-making processes
• Assisting with marketing initiatives, presentation development, and conference planning and execution
• Anticipating executive needs and proactively addresses requirements to maintain optimal workflow
• Ensuring all communications and materials produced reflect organizational standards and executive preferences

Requirements:

• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 or relevant years of experience
• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance
• Exceptional organizational abilities, advanced communication skills, and the capacity to manage confidential information with absolute discretion while supporting multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience with MS Office Products and Share Point
