What You'll Do:
- Perform installations, repairs, and re-piping services with precision and efficiency.
- Respond to customer needs, ensuring systems work perfectly and emergencies are handled swiftly.
- Balance multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and collaborate for seamless results.
- Licensed as a journeyman, tradesman, or master plumber.
- Valid driver's license; 3+ years in residential plumbing preferred.
- Reliable, organized with strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with a hard-working mindset.
- Competitive Earnings: $26 to $50/hour based on license/experience, up to $75/hour with commissions.
- Robust Benefits: 50% paid medical, dental, vision; $50,000 life insurance; 401(k) with match; company vehicle.
- Balanced Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, limited on-call, dispatch from home, occasional weekends/OT.
