Schedule: Mon-Fri (7am - 5pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. Safety expectations include, but are not limited to, compliance with all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, Lubricating equipment, performing preventive maintenance and contamination prevention on all equipment. Lubrication techniques and preventive maintenance to be performed in conformance with established standards set forth by the company.
• Provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
• Must have working knowledge of the following topics: using lubrication tools, hand / power tools, basic mathematics, Preventive/Predictive maintenance.
• Must have or be able to obtain basic computer skills.
• Keep all areas and machines clean of leaked or spilled lubricants.
• Must be able to use hand tools on a daily basis such as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill press and additional tools assigned).
• Must be able to operate and have knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, and basket trucks.
• Works from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc. utilizing fall protection equipment as necessary to complete tasks.
• Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holiday and weekends as demanded by the job.

  Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:
  
  Possess a high school degree or an approved GED. MLT-1 (Machinery Lubrication Technician, Level
  1) certification preferred but not required.
• Experience:
  
  One-year experience in lubrication preferred but not required.

Work Environment & Physical Responsibilities:

Duties are performed in a loud production setting subject to extreme temperatures. Some duties may be required to be performed outside. Comfortable with repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching and stooping. Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds while bending, twisting and/or standing.
