Overview

Bee Hyv is looking for a hands‑on Inside Sales Lead to support the CEO and CSO by driving outbound sales execution and building a steady, high‑quality pipeline. This role focuses on day‑to‑day execution, follow‑ups, and managing sales tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support CEO‑and‑CSO‑led sales efforts by generating qualified meetings.
  • Run Linked In and email/text/call outreach with structured follow‑ups.
  • Work with defined target accounts and qualification criteria.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to sales.
  • Use Hub Spot for CRM, workflows, sales call/email/text campaign sequences, dashboards, reporting.
  • Use Linked In Sales Navigator for prospecting.
  • Use Zoom Info (Basic) for research and list building.
  • Execute repeatable outbound campaigns and manage the campaign lifecycle.
  • Guide and support a small ISR/SDR team.
  • Assist with onboarding and daily execution.
  • Review activity, follow‑ups, and responses.
  • Improve response rates through disciplined outreach.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Track meetings booked, pipeline created, and response rates.
  • Identify gaps in execution and follow‑ups.
  • Share clear weekly updates with leadership.
Success Measures
  • 8–12 qualified meetings per month.
  • High CRM data accuracy.
Reporting Structure

Role type:
Hands‑on individual contributor with light team leadership.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; degree in science/technology preferred.
  • 5–7 years of inside sales experience (B2B in IT services preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
Timings and Location

Monday – Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, work from office.
