A leading software engineering partner is seeking a hands-on Inside Sales Lead in McKinney, Texas. This role supports the CEO and CSO in achieving outbound sales execution while managing sales tools. Responsibilities include generating qualified meetings, leading outreach campaigns through Linked In and CRM tools like Hub Spot, and supporting a small sales team. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of B2B inside sales experience in IT services are needed.

The position is full-time, onsite, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
