• Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
• During sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience required; we offer comprehensive training
• Hands‑on training on business operations and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
• Marketable skill development through our 30 years of combined sales experience
• Flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules

• Monday through Friday: 4:30 pm–9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am–1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 pm–7:30 pm

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
