Assist the Service Operations Manager with daily job duties and responsibilities.;
Direct and supervise front-end operations, including customer traffic flow, lane coverage, and maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the front-end sales floor, restrooms, entryway, and parking lot.;
Maintain a fresh, fully stocked appearance of check stand merchandisers and ensure check stands are clean and properly signed.;
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including cash handling, restricted product sales, coupon and gift card policies, scan accuracy, WIC requirements, sanitation, safety, and security standards.;
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and assist with cash flow accountability including safe transactions, till issues and deposits.
