We are currently looking for the right Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team. The position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. Payrates range from $10.00 to $13.00 per hour, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $3.09 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business, greeting, engaging, and assisting customers with sales, loans, and other transactions.

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per established procedures.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers; collaborate to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and perform duties for extended periods; flexibility with retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified (as applicable).
• Minimum Age: 18 years old;
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work with people; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience is preferred; computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.

The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2-8% commission based on personal performance. More details are provided during the interview process.
