Position: Operating Room (OR) Nurse Circulator- URGENTLY HIRING

Overview

Work Full-Time or Part-Time in a Premier outpatient surgery center with a Daytime Schedule! Nursing with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays!

Are you ready to work in a controlled and efficient operating room environment? Love nursing but tired of the shift work and ready for some work-life balance? Our client, an ambulatory surgery center in McKinney, TX, is hiring an experienced Operating Room (OR) Circulator RN, with emphasis on orthopedic, pain management, vascular and spine experience
. Enjoy a part-time or full-time daytime schedule (3-5 days per week), competitive pay of $47-$49 per hour

What You Will Do:
  • Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family-centered care in the Operating Room.

  • Prepare patients and operating rooms for scheduled surgical procedures.

  • Collaborate with respected surgeons to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Administer and document medications and maintain accurate patient records.

  • Educate patients pre- and post-operation on care, pain management, and recovery expectations.

  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality while adhering to nursing best practices.

What You ll Know You re a Good Fit for This Position If You Have:
  • A current RN license in the state of Texas.

  • Spine, Vascular or Orthopedic experience highly desired.

  • Proven OR experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

  • A commitment to patient safety and quality nursing care.

  • Favorable bedside manner, including listening and communication skills
