Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 6a-2p shift (Sunday–Thursday, 6am–2pm) at Baybrooke Village Care and Rehab Center, McKinney, TX.

• Provide personal care to residents ensuring safety and comfort consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support residents' independence.
• Notify the supervising charge nurse of residents’ status at shift changes.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions and needs to care plans.
• Assist in implementing care plans within established policy and procedure parameters.
• Observe and document residents’ conditions as required.
• Comply with procedures for safe lifting and transfer of residents per policies.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to keep a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
