Job Description

Encore Wire is one of the nation’s top copper and aluminum wire manufacturers, outfitting residential, commercial and industrial spaces across the US for a customer base that would blow your mind! Candidate will need to be proficient in Brush & Roll capability/techniques, knowledge and use of all spray equipment is a plus. Must be able to operate lifts, ladders, and power tools. Must be able to distinguish color on charts, fan decks and labels. Must have dependable transportation and be flexible on hours. Regular hours Mon-Fri 7am-3pm. Flex hrs. may include weekends nights and holidays.

Candidate must possess basic skills with knowledge on how to brush and roll with Latex, oil base, and epoxy paints. Candidate will also need to possess the skill of preparing all surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless, etc.) for paint application.

Must have 2+ years of experience in commercial and Industrial paint and coating applications.
