Raytheon - 2501 West University Drive - Responsibilities:
Support current low-volume high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to factory equipment, process, materials, and product problems;
Factory production execution support includes developing and implementing well-controlled processes using data-driven methods such as Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments and writing shop process documentation;
Develop and execute new product builds typically with automated equipment, often requiring creative solutions for next-generation product designs;
Ensure processes developed and executed meet product quality requirements (J-STD-001, MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, IPC, etc.);
Process improvement projects to improve factory productivity through leveraging new technologies, investigating and qualifying new materials, and more
