Raytheon’s Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) seeks an experienced Mechanical Assembler to support products in McKinney, TX on 3rd shift. This individual must be self-motivated and will work with a cross functional team including engineering, factory management, program management, and other assemblers/testers.
** What You Will Do
*** Bond with resins and adhesives using shop processes for bonding and curing
* Assemble components using torque tools and other manual tools following assembly instructions and drawings
* Work with various materials such as compaction bags, air tools, and calibrated equipment.
** Qualifications You Must Have
*** Typically requires High School Diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations
* Experience in assembly
* U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
** Qualifications We Prefer
*** Work experience using hand tools
* Bonding and curing experience
* Experience using hand/calibrated tools
* Experience reading drawings
* Good teamwork and communication skills

* Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, demonstrated process.
