Overview:
Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility, responsible for safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and out of the facility.

• Stage cart in lift table, secure safety chain, and raise the table.
• Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender/seat covers.
• Identify and segregate merchandise not meeting specified quality standards (rips, tears, holes, stains).
• Accurately verify merchandise quantity and bundle by type; place bundles in correct storage bins, carts, or shelves.
• Maneuver full and empty baskets.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and observe best practices in all production activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Understand written and verbal training instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Meet attendance schedule.

Work is performed in a warehouse setting exposed to outside weather, extreme heat and cold, dust, and noise. Shift schedule includes weekends; overtime is required as needed.

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
