Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Position Purpose
Ability to operate equipment, conduct required quality checks and interpret production work orders.

• Operate production machines and equipment following accepted practices.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as overhead hoists.
• Make machine set‑ups as required.
• Accurately report daily activities on work orders and other media.
• Use basic power tools such as an impact drill and wrench.
• Use a Bill of Materials to build units using proper materials and parts.
• Conduct required quality checks using basic measurement equipment (tape measurer).
• Comply with the Quality Management System and first‑piece inspection.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience in a manufacturing warehouse, preferably automotive.
• Construction experience preferred (masonry, framing, concrete).
• Basic mechanic experience preferred.
• Must be able to meet production standards and follow directions.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints with geometric tolerancing preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write legibly in English.

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to repetitively assemble products.
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.

• Exposure to extreme heat and extreme cold while in the plant.
• Fast‑paced work environment.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to interact appropriately with internal and external parties.
