** Job Requirements
*** Proficient in Brush & Roll painting techniques
* Knowledge and use of spray equipment (preferred)
* Ability to operate lifts, ladders, and power tools
* Must be able to distinguish colors on charts, fan decks, and labels
* Dependable transportation
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays
* Must be willing to undergo an onsite drug screen
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial and industrial paint and coating applications###
** Essential Job Functions
*** Apply Latex, oil-based, and epoxy paints using brush and roll techniques
* Prepare surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) for paint application
* Ensure proper surface preparation for optimal coating performance

* Frequent walking throughout the facility
* Kneeling, crouching, and stooping
* Use of hands to operate tools, parts, and equipment
