Production Manager III – Modular Power Solutions

Join us in leading the production team for MPS’s top‑tier hyper‑scale development projects. This role delivers overall manufacturing support, oversight and continuous process improvement for our most technically complex programs.

• Provide production directives and ensure all programs are overseen consistently.
• Lead initiatives that deliver big improvements to production processes.
• Prepare and maintain bill‑of‑materials lists for each program.
• Ensure product design requirements are followed on the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate manpower needs with the BVA lead to meet production scheduling demand.
• Follow and enforce QA/QC processes.
• Collaborate with program design to create and maintain production schedules.
• Align with program management on customer needs and timelines.
• Partner with the Safety Team to maintain safe manufacturing practices.
• Mentor and support Production Managers I and II, building technical knowledge and leadership skills.
• Provide guidance and direction to sub‑team managers.
• Act as senior production team leader and decision maker when leadership is unavailable.

• Subject‑matter expertise in construction and electrical industry.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Technical SME for production programs, maintaining transparent customer relations.
• Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  Oracle preferred.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Resilience under time pressure with a positive attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivation, proactiveness and teamwork.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred).
• Minimum 15 years field electrical experience plus an electrician license.
• Minimum 18 years field or industrialized construction/manufacturing experience.

• Sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending—primarily indoors with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
• Typical noise level is low to medium; louder on jobsite.
• Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
