Overview
Facilities Manager - Real Estate
Lewisville, TX - ON SITE
$60,000 to $70,000 DOE
The Facilities Manager - Real Estate collaborates with GMR air and ground operations, support functions, and leadership to maximize efficiency and reduce risk to help ensure a comprehensive forward-looking approach to lease management is achieved. The position will work directly with GMR legal and our regional customers to initiate, review, terminate, and renew all lease agreements across GMR’s nationwide network of properties.
In addition to management of leases, this position will be responsible for contributing to continuous improvements and metric development related to these areas.
