This is a full time on-site role for a Pre-Litigation Attorney. The Pre-Litigation Attorney will play a vital role in supporting the team, engaging and collaborating, performing day-to-day responsibilities including managing a case load, conducting detailed intake interviews with clients, gather essential case information and evidence, managing communication between clients, providers and insurance carriers, processing claims, assisting in the negotiation of settlements and facilitating case resolutions, and collaborating with team to support case development.

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas
• Strong knowledge of Personal Injury Law and legal procedures a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork mindset
