Responsibilities
- Map customer’s business problems to Service Now solutions
- Lead workshops to understand customer’s business imperatives, technology landscape and transformation priorities and recommend right fit solution, architecture and best practices
- Design, Create, configure, and customize Service Now applications (FSO and other Service Now modules) for new and existing implementations
- Developing solutions on Service Now platform using an "Architecture first" principle
- Create and configure script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs
- Set-up interfaces between Service Now and other platforms in line with integration opportunities
- Perform system and integration testing
- Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
- Recommend Administration settings and best practices
- Create documentation of the developments, unit test cases and implementation plans
- Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
- 6-10 years of experience in Service Now technology
- Extensive experience with Service Now platform, specifically with FSO and CSM involving Financial Service Data Model for Banking / Insurance
- Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of Service Now
- Strong understanding of Enterprise architecture processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions
- Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration of Financial Service Operation
- Experience and expert understanding of key Service Now modules and concepts like CSDM, CMDB, Data Models, etc.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities
- Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks
- Certification:
Service Now CIS FSO (Insurance and Banking & Wealth Management) with CSM professional suite - Strong understanding of BPM solutions and exposure to platforms like Pega, Salesforce, Appian
- Experience in FSO customization including creating new workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions.
Salary Range - $110,000-$125,000 a year
