Location:
Dallas–Mclntyre Rd, McKinney (Hybrid: 2–3 days in-office or remote).
Compensation: $72,000–$96,000/year base + project performance bonus.
Job Responsibilities:Customer Needs and Proposal Development
Accompany sales representatives to visit clients or conduct online meetings. Accurately identify customer needs and prepare comprehensive Standard Technical Proposal Documents based on these requirements. Plan and organize discussions between sales, clients, and FAE engineers to review and train on Project Technical Proposals, ensuring all parties confirm the technical feasibility and alignment.
C&I Project Delivery ManagementManage the end-to-end delivery of projects, including the equipment delivery progress, project documentation (user manuals, installation and maintenance guides), site infrastructure readiness, installation qualification applications, training schedules, and final handover to the FAE (Field Application Engineer) team. Ensure smooth coordination of project phases to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Product Demonstration and TrainingLead product demonstrations and technical workshops for commercial and industrial storage products. Provide continuous training to customers, potential clients, and installers on product usage, installation, application, and system acceptance. Training includes, but is not limited to:
- New product launch customer training
- Deployment case application scenarios and ROI models
- Customer technical webinars
- After-sales issue handling webinars and troubleshooting support training
- Possess strong hands-on skills in product installation, commissioning, testing, and delivery. Ensure product performance and compliance during on-site deployment, addressing any technical challenges to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction
